Vacant Properties for Move-In, Move-Out Cleanings

Starting at 2 bed, 1 bath, under 1000sf = $160

Add a bedroom/extra living space = $20 each

Add a bathroom = $25 each

Each additional 250sf = Add $25 each

$50-150 for glass shower doors/walls. Send photos, business name, and contact info to beachbreezecandj@gmail.com for quote.

$50 per toilet treatment if dirty beyond regular use. If excessive limescale is present, replacement will be recommended instead. Send photos, business name, and contact info to beachbreezecandj@gmail.com for quote.

$100-150 per tub treatment for excessively dirty bathtubs or residue from previous bath mats. Send photos, business name, and contact info to beachbreezecandj@gmail.com for quote.

$75 and up for ovens/refrigerators depending on how extensive the cleaning needs to be. We do not use corrosive products like Easy Off, therefore cleanings of ovens and refrigerators is extensive and done by hand.

Windows are an additional service, prices begin at $10/window. Wiping down windowsills is included.

Wooden blinds or larger blinds made to mimic wood, can be washed after they are taken down by owner or manager. Send photos, business name, and contact info to beachbreezecandj@gmail.com for quote. Plastic blinds should be replaced.

$150 and up for carpet cleaning, not normally included.

General things that incur additional charges are excessive bugs such as: live roaches or spiders climbing the walls, dead bugs covering the floor to the point of needing to clean the floor first and last; excessive hair left behind, more than one shopping size bag of trash accumulated, hauling away of large items, cleaning of appliances, cleaning of base boards, etc. Final pricing will be confirmed upon arrival. Pre-Listing and Deep Cleanings

Construction Site Cleaning

Cleaning during construction can be up to daily.
